Welcome to the Cardsnap: Sports Card Scanner App (“App”), provided by Blueberryweb Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App allows you to upload relevant images to receive identification results generated by our technology. You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App to transmit harmful or offensive content.
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Access or use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. User Content

You may submit content such as photos or messages (“User Content”) to the App. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that content solely to operate and improve the App.
We do not store your uploaded images beyond the time needed to process and return results unless explicitly stated and agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and related content (excluding User Content) are owned by Blueberryweb Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time payment. If you purchase a subscription through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), the billing and cancellation will be managed by that store in accordance with its policies.
Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of identification results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error- free access to the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueberryweb Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the App at any time.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
